48th Annual Fall Festival – Sunday, September 19, 2021 on Main Street – Cornwall NY.

This year we will be spacing our vendors in accordance to the NYS guidelines.
As of now we will be planning on separating each vendor at least 6 feet apart of each other.
We will change the restrictions as guidelines allow.

Last year we had to cancel the event, we gave the vendors that had paid the option of
refunding their fee or holding onto the application and fee for this years event.
If you submitted an application last year and did not receive a refund
please reach out to Stacey at info@cornwallchamber.org to make sure we still have your application and payment.

Spaces will be limited this year so please get your applications in as soon as possible.
 
We are offering an Early Bird Special that is only good till July 1st.
If your application is received before July 1st the price will be $85.00 for chamber members and $100.00 for non-chamber members.
Any applications received after July 1st will be $105.00 for chamber members and $120.00 for non-chamber members.

Location: Main Street. Cornwall, NY
Date: September 19, 2021 (RAIN OR SHINE)
Time: 10 am – 5 pm (breakdown will not be before 5 pm)
Setup: Food Vendors Setup: 7 – 7:30 am
All Other Vendors will Setup Staggered Between: 7:30 – 9:30 am
(cars must be off the street as soon as they are unloaded)

Space Size: 10′ by 10′ on pavement/no electricity
Fees: Paid before July 1st $100.00 per space non-members/$85 per space chamber members

After July 1st $120.00 per space non-members/$105.00 per space chamber members
