Description
In the early 1970's, twin brothers from Cornwall, New York had a vision of helping the Hudson Valley. They sought to offer only the highest level of professional funeral services to grieving families.
This vision began in 1972 when Kevin and Gerard Quigley graduated from Cornwall Central High School. In 1974 they went on to graduate from Canton College. Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, Inc. was founded in August of 1975 by the brothers at the age of 21. After several years as partners, Gerard pursued alternate business ventures, while Kevin remained with his wife Diane and two daughters.
In 1988 Quigley Bros. underwent internal renovations. As the needs of a growing community expanded into the 21st century so did Quigley Bros. Funeral Home. In 2004 the funeral home doubled in size to better serve New Windsor, Newburgh, Cornwall, Cornwall-On-Hudson, Highland Mills, Highland Falls and West Point.
In July of 2015 Kevin Quigley and his wife Diane decided to transition into retirement. Richard J. Sullivan, licensed Funeral Director from Highland Mills and his wife, JoAnne P. Sullivan purchased Quigley Bros. Funeral Home. They continue the vision started over forty years ago by the Quigley brothers.
Times may have changed, but Quigley Bros. Funeral Home continues to be the Hudson Valley's Premier Funeral Home.
